DESCRIPTION:Ryan Iltis and Jesse Sandifer from Green Grass Studios\n\nGreengrass Studios showed off their work and talked about their lighting techniques using V-Ray and 3d Max. \nMeeting coverage\nThis month’s special guest was Ryan and Jesse from Green Grass Studios. If you have not checked out their site yet – you need to. This small studio has amazing lighting skills. In their own words\, Green Grass Studios are “a collective of true visionaries who provide solutions for everything and anything visual. Through innovative technology and smart application\, our team focuses on the story of the imagery putting us on the path to creative and visual bliss. Our projects bring artistic and fresh insight into the commercial real estate\, entertainment and conceptual design communities.” \nGreen Grass Studios began in the summer of 2002 as a collaborative vision between three partners. With the official kick off in a back room of one of the partner’s house’s\, Green Grass took a few months to start growing. Currently\, we have six talented artists and have aspirations to grow to fifteen in the next few years. Our work load is very strong in the marketing of commercial real estate but we have hopes and dreams to make a statement in the entertainment industry. The Dallas Mavericks\, AMD Austin Headquarters (Project Lonestar)\, Marriott International are among some of the projects our studio is focusing on right now. Through the use of brilliant light and composition Green Grass Studios seeks to enlighten our audience through the stories our visuals can tell.
